The special of the tournament in Bad Wiessee is, that chess-players from all over the world are attracted; amateurs in the same way like hobby-players and chess professionals of the top50 of the FIDE world ranking. And all of these play together, in one field, one section - in one tournament!
 
time controll: 
2 hours for 40 moves, 1 hour for 20 moves, 30 minutes finish
The presence of at least 20 grandmasters is guaranteed.
